How It Works After You Book

No guesswork, no lengthy phone calls. Everything's handled in your own online planner — fill it out on your own time.

1

Confirm & Sign

Once you choose your package, I'll send over the contract and invoice. A 50% deposit locks your date — the remaining balance is due before the event. Payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or USDC.

2

Planning Form

You'll get your own private online planning portal with the 750+ song bank built right in. Browse the songs, mark your favorites (Love/Like/Pass), fill in your vision, vibe, key moments, must-play and do-not-play lists, MC style, and any cultural or language preferences. No scheduling a call, no pressure. If you have questions along the way, just reply to the email.

3

Music & Timeline Details

The planning form walks you through everything: ceremony cues, grand entrance, first dance, toasts, dinner, open dancing, and send-off. Share Spotify links, Apple Music playlists, or just a list of vibes — however you think about music. I'll follow up over email if anything needs clarifying.

4

Venue & Logistics Coordination

I'll gather the key venue details through the planning form — load-in times, DJ table placement, power access, and any sound restrictions. I've worked 40+ venues across Georgia, and with enough setup time I'm confident handling any layout.

5

Final Confirmation

About 2 weeks before your event, I'll send a final confirmation email: timeline locked, music finalized, mic plan set, cue-caller confirmed with your coordinator, and any last-minute changes addressed. Quick and painless.

6

Event Day

I arrive 2-3 hours early to set up and sound-check everything. Speakers, mics, lighting, backup gear — all tested before your first guest walks in. From there, I handle the music, the announcements, and the flow so you can focus on your day.

750+ Most-Requested Songs

Browse the full song bank, mark your favorites, and flag anything you don't want. No pressure to pick everything — I'll fill in the gaps based on your vibe.

Planning Tips

You don't need a perfect playlist.

Most couples share 20-30 must-plays and a vibe direction on the planning form — I fill in the rest based on 120+ weddings worth of reading dance floors. A Spotify playlist, a list of songs on your phone, even just "90s R&B into 2000s hip-hop" works. I'll build around it.

Do-not-plays matter more than must-plays.

If there's a song that'll make you cringe, tell me. I'd rather know what to avoid than accidentally play your ex's favorite song during dinner.

My MC style is professional and clean.

I keep announcements clear, to the point, and polished — introductions, toasts, key moments, transitions. No cheesy games or over-the-top hype. Your guests will always know what's happening next without it feeling like a performance. If you want something specific called out or skipped, just note it on the form.

I work closely with your coordinator on the day.

If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, I'll work hand-in-hand with them throughout the event to keep everything running smoothly — cue-calling, timeline adjustments, transitions. You won't need to manage the flow yourself.

I adapt in real time — ahead or behind schedule.

Whether the ceremony starts early, cocktail hour runs long, or the timeline shifts on the fly — I'm ready. I read the room, adjust the music and announcements on the spot, and keep everything feeling seamless. You'll never notice the pivot.
